New Year, new creatives! Time to spruce up your same old feed with the help of some fresh Insta talent! We’ve complied a list of some top creatives that deserve to be part of your “Following” category. From funky knits to cute illustrations, we have a diverse array of creatives for you to get your teeth into.

Start up the conversation! If you’ve got under 10k followers and are a creative soul, post your account below for the world to see! We love fresh talent here at Ohh Deer and this blog is a platform dedicated to all things creativity.

If you’re a fan of pastel illustrations, kawaii girlies and little painted plants, @jisoupy is an illustration account you’ll love seeing on your feed. Based in Sydney, Jisu describes herself as “the opposite of edgy” (but we think she’s pretty damn cool!).

Lisa from @lisakoesterke_illustration posts bright and positive illustrations. With some empowering slogans and little offerings of sunshine, Lisa’s work will allow your feed to have that extra bit of happy!

Fun and bold knitwear is the main essence of Gemma Rose’s brand. @gmmrs hand-makes every single item you see on her feed; from jazzy knitted jumpers to some super squiggly clay earrings! We love her use of colour and funky graphic styles.

Mel Edwards works with paper to create some amazing little scenes. Her most recent piece stated “I AM HAMSTERDAM” features a paper version of the Dutch capital, with Latte the Syrian hamster interacting with the work - so cute! Head to her IG to feast your eyes - @itsmeledwards

We love a good ceramic, so how could we not put the spotlight on @pey_chi?! Dog based mugs, heart shaped vessels and some ace smiley faces - Pey Chi will bring some #qualitycontent to your feed! (She also has a hella cute doggie named Booster who features every now and then.)

@constantbageltherapy is a self declared creative nit-wit based in Leicester. With fun little doodles demonstrating the struggles and joys of life, this Leicesterian will bring some #relatable content to your feed in a wicked way.

Want your cacti in a cacti shaped ceramic WITH a face?! We think so and @sonraclay can deliver! Sonya is a ceramic artist based in the UK and her Insta is brimming with all things clay. Look at the little bear pot! We can’t help but adore her work.
