Looking for some houseplant inspo? Your strawberry plant looking tired? No fear! We list below our favourite plant Instagram feeds. We LOVE all things flora and fauna, (to the point where we would say it’s becoming a problem) so if you’ve been mulling over buying that giant monstera or moon cacti, our line-up is bound to trigger those plant feels.

Alessi shares pictures of her AMAZING plant collection in her New York apartment. She has pretty much every type of leafy being; from tiny pileas to lush fiddle figs! Alessi doesn’t just keep them alive to make her home look stunning, she also cultivates them which really gets our juices flowing. Often posting pictures of little sprouts spreading their roots in water, it’s exciting to see them grow! Find Alessi at @apartmentbotanist.

Who doesn’t love a terrarium? It’s like a tiny little eco-system! @teenytinyterra is all about the miniature – with little terradomes hosting moss families and miniature people living in giant jungles we simply can’t get enough. They even host workshops! If you’re based in Ontario you have these guys on your doorstep. @teenytinyterra.

The Jungalow is an award winning design blog based in LA. Started by Justina Blakeney over 8 years ago, she has made her mark on the interior world. Her love of all things bohemian and botanical has pathed the way for future trends, she’s even responsible for being the catalyst in the tropical trend movement. The Jungalow blog, along with featuring amazing interiors, patterns and clothing, also has a handy “Plant-o-pedia” section! If you’re ever stuck for plant knowledge or need some helpful hints and tips, click here. The Junglow Instagram feed is filled with plants and home living in harmony and we can’t get enough. @thejungalow.

Houseplants lack one thing, and that’s being able to eat them. To combat our thirst for the home-grown, we avidly follow keen gardener and photographer Maddy Gale! Maddy has a picturesque allotment in the heart of the Midlands growing flowers, fruit and veg. It’s like real life Animal Crossing! Maddy’s feed is filled with her love of growing the more unusual side of the “typical allotment” – she’s currently trying to grow an absolute beast of a pumpkin and the ingredients to make her own kimchi! Maddy is also the lovely lady behind our June Papergang box! Sign up here to receive some lovely plant-themed stationery goodies. Check out Maddy on Insta @sowedgier.

Plants Make People Happy is their mentality. The Sill is a shop based in NYC that delivers plants to your door; it’s the modern plant destination for the modern plant lover! Their feed is jam-packed with all sorts of green goodness, even the odd marimo. They post useful plant facts on their Insta stories and even some little quizzes, so make sure your botanical brain is up to scratch! Have a snoop @thesill.

Girl power? Girls with plants! A whole feed dedicated to women who love living in harmony with lots of leaves. Botanical Women posts some badass babes showing off their plant babies, whether they are watering, propagating or even researching them, this feed is one to hit “follow” on. It also makes us want to go to the garden center IMMEDIATELY. @botanicalwomen.
